• You manage demanding projects in channel service and channel maintenance independently from order acceptance to successful completion.
• You are the central contact person for our customers and ensure professional and solution-oriented project execution.
• You coordinate internal specialists, resources and external partners and ensure a smooth project process.
• You keep an eye on deadlines, quality, costs and project risks at all times and manage your projects economically towards success.
• You recognize additional customer needs early, develop suitable solutions and actively contribute to the expansion of long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who understands the technical project business, thinks entrepreneurially and takes responsibility.

• Several years of professional experience in channel service, in channel renovation or a comparable technical environment
• Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by corresponding further training
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Good IT skills and confident handling of digital tools
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and joy in collaboration, as well as joy in customer contact
