Head of Electrical Maintenance South (m/f/d)

• Leadership of a team of 7 employees as well as responsibility for the economic, technical, and administrative operation of the electrical systems in the area of national and cantonal roads
• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and fault rectification of the operational electrical systems
• Creation and review of offers and calculations including ongoing performance monitoring
• Responsibility for invoicing and budgeting of services to third parties
• Technical specialist support for the BSA project management and coordination of the required resources
• Coordination and close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external official bodies
• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ with further training as a federal diploma Electrical Installer or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in a comparable technical environment
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and various stakeholders
• High flexibility and resilience
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Responsible, varied, and very independent tasks
• Diverse contact with internal and external stakeholders
