Ärztekasse is renewing its entire data center as well as the products affected by this transformation. To support this stage of digitization, we are looking for intelligent and experienced engineers to contribute to and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful sector. Product Security Manager (m/f) Working hours: 80-100% Start: immediate or by agreement Duration: indefinite Location: Zurich region (Urdorf) Main tasks • Manage and prioritize the security product backlog and roadmap • Translate security and compliance requirements into clear and achievable implementation plans • Ensure project management of all security-related initiatives and coordinate delivery between teams • Work closely with security engineers, architects, and development teams to provide solutions • Define and monitor the architecture of security solutions with our partners • Balance risks, business value, and delivery to maximize impact • Act as a central point of contact between stakeholders and the security team • Ensure that security solutions comply with the regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector Requirements • Experience as a Product Manager, Security Architect, or similar role • Good understanding of information security concepts and best practices • Experience in managing security initiative projects • Ability to translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements • Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management • Knowledge of security architecture (WAF, IDP, IAM/AD, Kubernetes security) is a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Mastery of English; German and French are a plus Additional information A stimulating environment helps to find ingenious solutions to complex and demanding requirements.
