• Advising and supporting customers in the customer zone
• Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Collaboration in market development measures and performance of representative tasks
• Ensuring the operation of all cash dispensers and the required banknote and coin stocks
• Support and relief for the customer advisors in the administrative processing of all arising business cases

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed commercial training, experience in banking is an advantage
• Knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, numbers, investing, pension planning
• Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning manner
• Independent, exact and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills
