Customer service ensures the same-day processing of all inquiries from our end customers in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie and handles requests for our online shop. We are looking for a customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Clerk 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Independent processing and answering of customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and post in German and French
• Competent advising and providing information about our assortment and our services via telephone and e-mail
• Supporting LANDI Läden with questions regarding online orders
• Processing and handling of insurance claims/damage cases
• Representing the staff at the reception during absences

• Confident oral and written communication in German and French
• Experience in customer care as well as affinity for telephone and written customer advisory
• Completed training in the commercial field is a plus
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality

About us

LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI Läden throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new constructions and renovations and trains the employees of the LANDI Läden. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement to storage to picking. The assortment includes garden, small animal, household, do-it-yourself, agriculture and leisure articles as well as beverages and pet food.
