Your tasks
You inspire our residents and guests daily with freshly prepared, seasonal dishes
You independently prepare our daily menus as well as à-la-carte dishes in the warm and cold kitchen
For special occasions and banquets, you take responsibility and cook confidently and organized even on a larger scale
You actively support the guidance and promotion of our apprentices
You work in a structured, process-oriented manner and with a high awareness of quality.
What you bring with you
Completed training as a Cook/ EFZ
Several years of professional experience in a kitchen with an à-la-carte offering
Team-oriented, committed personality with enjoyment of a lively and dynamic working environment
Strong awareness of quality as well as a trained eye for detail in food preparation
