Shift Leader: Café at Kunstmuseum Luzern

Your tasks

• You take over the opening and closing of operations, including cash reconciliation, and bear responsibility for the respective shift.
• You ensure a smooth operational flow – from food service and drink preparation to clearing service.
• You ensure the consistent compliance with our quality standards as well as our gastronomic concepts.
• You support the preparation of daily business (mise en place) and undertake general tidying and cleaning work.

Your profile

• Gastronomy is your passion and interacting with guests gives you joy.
• You have several years of professional experience in the service sector.
• As a warm host with a pronounced awareness of quality, you create unforgettable guest experiences and ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable in the Café of the Kunstmuseum.
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview, work reliably, and impress with your friendly appearance.
• You communicate with style in German and can also competently assist our guests in English.
