This characterizes you:

• Joy in the daily work with children and adolescents and the ambition to develop them further.
• Fun in working in a well-coordinated team that is in good spirits and looks forward to reinforcement.
• A diploma from a higher vocational school for social pedagogy / social work.
• A few years of professional experience would be nice - but a lot of drive and the strong will not to give up in the face of headwinds easily compensate for that.
• Having time off when others are working (okay, and of course vice versa). Plain talk: irregular working hours, night standby 4-5 times per month included
