It ensures the smooth running of the infrastructure, creates optimal working conditions for employees and guests, and thus supports all areas in their daily work. Qualifications and Characteristics ## • Completed manual or technical vocational training, for example in electrical, sanitary, metal, or building technology or in a comparable specialist field • At least three years of experience in Facility Management or in a caretaker environment, ideally in an industrial environment • Very good German skills (at least level C1) as well as good user knowledge in MS Office. Experience with MSRL tools is an advantage • Valid driver's license as well as readiness for on-call duties (night and weekend) • Responsible and reliable personality with high self-organization and commitment • High service and customer orientation with a solution-oriented way of working About the Job ## In this role, you ensure the smooth operation of the office buildings in Ruswil and Schachen as well as the guesthouse in Ruswil including the respective infrastructures. You are responsible for maintenance, servicing, and the technical monitoring of the infrastructure and coordinate external service providers, craft businesses, and partners. You handle smaller repairs yourself and support daily facility operations with a practical hands-on mentality. You look after central building technology systems, participate in maintenance as well as projects in the areas of HVACSE, building automation, and structural infrastructure, and document defects and services. In addition, you support internal moves, events as well as customer workshops in the SIGA Academy and trade fair appearances. The exchange with internal stakeholders as well as external bodies and participation in site-related topics round off your area of responsibility.
