• Check notifications from companies according to statutory requirements and release entries into the transparency register
• Create requests for erroneous or non-compliant notifications, monitor deadlines and ensure data quality
• Check access requests from authorities, financial intermediaries and advisors and decide on permissions
• Provide telephone and written legal information on reporting processes and corporate structures
• Create technical content for training, FAQs and information campaigns

What makes you unique

• Qualification as a Kauffrau/Kaufmann or equivalent training; further training in the administrative or commercial field or Paralegal is an advantage
• Experience at law enforcement, administrative or judicial authorities is an advantage
• Interest in legal issues, especially in criminal law
• Independent way of working, flexibility, resilience and high service orientation
• Communication in different languages; very good knowledge of two official languages and good English skills
