• Completed technical vocational training
• Ideally experience in the construction, machinery, or track construction sector
• Several years of leadership experience
• Enjoyment in the leadership and development of employees
• Organizational strength and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in the planning and optimization of operational processes
• Business-fluent German skills
• Good MS Office skills
• High safety and quality orientation
• Willingness to travel for construction site visits throughout Switzerland
• Willingness for night visits to construction sites
• Teamwork and reliability
