Household Service (Lingerie and Cleaning) 40 – 50 % For over 40 years, Dychrain has been home to 30 people with physical and mental disabilities and is an employer for around 95 employees in Münchenstein. The living groups are specifically designed for the needs of the care- and support-intensive residents. In the supervised day structure, we support and accompany our residents as well as up to 10 external clients in pursuing adapted employment. We offer daily structure, social encounters, and a fulfilling and meaningful activity. To supplement our household service team, we are looking for an experienced person immediately or by arrangement for the Household Service (Lingerie and Cleaning) 40 – 50 %, Monday – Friday Main tasks Collaboration in the lingerie department Cleaning in all areas (living groups, public spaces) Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines Requirements Independent, well-organized working method High quality standards in one's own work Good oral and written German skills Professional experience desired Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage Teamwork and flexibility Re-entry possible We live team spirit in a du culture characterized by respect and appreciation, and we value open communication.
