• 24 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • French (Mother tongue) • Route de Lavaux 215, 1095 Lutry • Log in to see the salary estimate on jobup.ch The Municipality of Lutry is offering the position of: Operations Agent (Roads Section) ### *In the Works and Domains Service, you contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of communal infrastructure, while actively participating in the quality and cleanliness of public spaces in the Commune.* YOUR MISSIONS • You ensure the sweeping and weeding of public spaces, using manual and mechanized equipment, to guarantee their cleanliness and proper maintenance. • You participate in the organization and smooth running of communal events by ensuring setup, logistical support, and site restoration work, including some weekends and holidays. • You collaborate on winter services by contributing to snow removal and maintaining safety and accessibility of roads, sidewalks, and public spaces. • You participate in on-call services for about 6 to 7 weekends per year, to ensure the emptying of public trash cans and the maintenance of public toilets. • You maintain communal infrastructure such as roads, paths, and public spaces to guarantee their safety and good condition. • You repair damage to road and path surfaces and participate in routine maintenance work on communal infrastructure. • You ensure access to communal infrastructure and buildings by carrying out necessary interventions according to the seasons. • You use and maintain the machines, tools, and vehicles necessary for road and maintenance work. • You collaborate with other teams in the service and participate in various operational activities related to public domain maintenance. • You actively contribute to the service's quality approach, ensuring compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and continuous improvement of practices. YOUR PROFILE • Holder of a CFC operations agent diploma, roads orientation, or equivalent training in the fields of green spaces, forestry work, or building maintenance. • This position requires immediate availability for urgent interventions and winter services. Consequently, living in the commune or immediate vicinity is a imperative condition. • At least two years of professional experience in the fields of green space maintenance, roads, forestry work, or exterior building maintenance. • Strong interest in manual work and outdoor activities. • You are in good physical condition and enjoy working outdoors throughout the year. • Holder of a category B driver's license and a trailer license. A machinery license is an asset. • Mastery of the use of professional machines such as sweepers, lawn tractors, and snow removal equipment. • You demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and a good team spirit in the execution of your missions. • To ensure winter services and rapid interventions as needed, you live in the commune or immediate vicinity.
