Nursing Specialist HF/FH (a) Without night shifts What you achieve with us Steering the nursing process for somatic clients Determining the service requirement, creating the assistance and nursing plan Ensuring the professional provision of nursing services, ensuring differentiated and specialized nursing as well as professional wound and pain management Taking over nursing assignments at our clients' homes Carrying out interventions and maintaining electronic documentation Technical leadership of employees and providing support in complex nursing situations What you bring with you Basic training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent with SRK recognition Several years of professional nursing experience Competent assessment of nursing situations Flair and joy for administrative and organizational activities Good IT user knowledge Willingness to be on the move by bicycle PEOPLE COUNT WITH US!
