Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead the national competence and coordination office eHealth Suisse on behalf of the Confederation and Cantons in strategic, technical, personnel, financial, and organizational terms • Establish the new organization with the core mandate <<Standardization and Interoperability>> according to the framework agreement • Be responsible for the Switzerland-wide roadmap of binding standards and exchange formats in healthcare in close coordination with the actors and Cantons • Create the conceptual foundations to plan and coordinate the dependencies and schedules of the actors in healthcare nationally and internationally • Operate the National Release Center SNOMED CT and the terminology server • Lead and further develop the content of the office of the specialist group Data Management in Healthcare <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed studies in the field of social sciences, medicine, or health sciences (preferably a doctorate, further training in management and in the field of Public Health) • Proven knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system in the area of standards and interoperability, as well as the distribution of competence between the Confederation and Cantons • Technical and professional knowledge regarding all three interoperability layers (technical, syntactic, semantic), especially the HL7 FHIR standard and international ontologies/classifications in the health sector • Highly pronounced team player with leadership strength and high social competence for working in a complex and demanding environment • Confident in public appearances paired with very good editorial skills • Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a nutshell Do you feel that now is the time for digital transformation, for standardization, and for improved interoperability in healthcare?
