At 11 locations, around 800 employees are currently working for well-known clients from industry, trade, and commerce.

To strengthen our groupage invoicing team at the St.Gallen location, we are looking for a committed and number-oriented personality in the role of Clerk Invoicing.

Your tasks

• Billing of transport services
• Creation and checking of calculations for quotation inquiries
• Telephone information as well as clarifications with customers and internal departments
• Processing of customer inquiries and support in daily business

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or further education
• Experience in the transport or logistics industry in the area of billing, customer service, or dispatching
• Flair for numbers and analytical thinking
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• High accuracy as well as efficient working
• Friendly and customer-oriented communication style
