You will work at the Militärversicherung, which offers insurance coverage for accidents and illnesses in military, civil protection, and civil service. Suva manages the Militärversicherung on behalf of the Confederation.

What you achieve

• You accompany digitalization and change projects from the initial idea to the successful introduction of new solutions.
• You collect and analyze requirements from the specialist departments and translate these into clear, actionable solutions for the developers.
• You moderate workshops and ensure that requirements, priorities, and solutions are developed and coordinated together.
• You analyze existing processes, recognize optimization potential, actively drive their further development, and also support the specialist departments in operational operations.
• You take on the bridge function between the specialist department and IT and ensure that technical requirements are implemented in a goal-oriented manner. Depending on experience, you additionally take on the role of Scrum Master.

What you bring with you

• You have a degree in Business Informatics (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable function at the interface between specialist departments and IT.
• You think conceptually, familiarize yourself independently with new topics, and convince through a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• You have experience in an agile working environment and are familiar with process models such as Scrum or SAFe.
• You communicate confidently in German. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
