What you do with us: Management of new construction, conversion, and renovation projects of our Lindt Shops from planning to realization and final construction acceptance Control, coordination, and monitoring of all project and construction phases as a client representative until timely and defect-free handover Leadership and coordination of architects, specialist planners, general contractors, and other project partners Support of permit procedures as well as cooperation with authorities and landlords Technical assessment and coordination of various trades (electrical, HVAC, sanitary, shopfitting, fire protection, etc.) If you fit with us: Technical or construction-related basic training (e.g., structural draftsman, technician EFZ, construction manager, technician HF, architect, civil engineer, or comparable training) Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects Demonstrable experience in the project management of fit-out, conversion, or retail projects Experience with building applications, permit procedures, and contacts with authorities Very good German and good English skills Willingness to travel within Switzerland We are all unique!
