Job Description

Your main mission within the team will be to ensure and optimize the indirect supplies of our site.

In this context:

• You will identify the needs for consumables in order to ensure supplies while establishing delivery plans
• You will be responsible for all supplies under your charge and you will secure smooth progress by anticipating risks (delays, non-conformities, requests for technical modifications)
• You will analyze supplier performance and implement action plans
• You will collaborate closely with the different internal departments to ensure that supplies meet the needs and rules of the company
• You may ensure the monitoring and processing of supplier invoices

Qualifications

• Holder of a university or higher degree with a specialization in supply chain and/or logistics, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You master reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel as well as the use of an ERP
• You are able to communicate fluently in English, both written and oral
• You possess excellent active communication skills
• You are recognized for your ability to work autonomously, your proactivity, and your aptitude to establish relationships of trust with teams, suppliers, and various interlocutors.
