Job Description Your mission Integrated within the Manual Case Finishing sector at the Meyrin site and directly reporting to the Workshop Manager, your role will be to guarantee the aesthetic control of watch cladding components in order to ensure their compliance with the company's quality requirements. Your responsibilities * Perform the aesthetic control of components such as bridges, bezels, case backs according to defined quality criteria * Detect surface defects such as scratches, shocks, polishing defects, satin finish, hammering and sandblasting with the naked eye and with a loupe * Rule on the compliance of parts and ensure the treatment of non-conformities in accordance with the procedures in force * Perform the removal of varnishes, lacquer or other temporary protections in compliance with quality standards and surface preservation requirements * Ensure the traceability of controls performed * Participate in the continuous improvement of quality standards and control methods * Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized working environment in compliance with production standards Qualifications * Confirmed experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years in aesthetic control in the watch industry, ideally in the field of cladding * Good knowledge of watch cladding components, surface finishes and high-end aesthetic criteria * Mastery of visual control tools and usual measurement means * Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings * Ability to analyze aesthetic defects, to make quality decisions * Excellent visual acuity, sense of detail and ability to concentrate * Autonomy, team spirit and sense of responsibility Additional Information Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
