Introduction ###

L-Association le Colibri's mission is to provide quality support and supervision for children aged 3 months to the 4th year of Harmos Primary school across 5 sites (Amandier, Borgeaud, Eikenott, UAPE Eikenott, Vernay) with 4 preschool and 2 after-school structures.

Our educational approach is based on Christian values such as respect, sharing, listening, and acceptance of others, among others. It aims to promote the emotional, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, within a secure framework and in respect for the specificities of each individual.

As part of our development and in order to complete our teams, le Colibri is looking for

a:

Early Childhood Educator at 80% ###

For a position in the toddler group (children aged between 18 months to 2 years and +) whose

mission will be to guarantee quality reception, for children as well as for families, while respecting

the institutional project, and collaborating closely with the pedagogical management and the general

management.

You must imperatively hold an EDE classification 1 diploma, a CFC in ASE, or an equivalence

recognized by the SCAJE.

You already have experience in a nursery or daycare, as well as a sense of human relations

favoring a friendly, respectful, and dynamic working atmosphere.

You feel capable of developing and maintaining a climate of trust and collaboration

with the educational team, parents, and partners.

You will appreciate our desire to give an important place to exchange and to open and respectful communication.
