Your challenge
Organization, coordination and preparation of consultations for the two departments of Anesthesia and Internal Medicine
Welcoming our patients at the reception
Contact person for patients as well as attentive and courteous care of their concerns
Ordering missing documents for the patients to be summoned
Recording preoperative information such as reports, admission medication and secondary diagnoses into the clinical information system
Service recording
Arrangement and coordination of family doctor, anesthesia and nursing consultation appointments before planned surgery
Carrying out blood draws (occupational medical investigations); ECG and vaccinations; corresponding training or professional experience is mandatory
You ensure that upon admission all necessary investigations for the patients are completed and documented and make an active contribution to high patient safety.

Very good and stylistically confident German language skills as well as good oral English skills, knowledge of French or Italian desirable
