() Your challenge You are responsible for the monthly closings and, together with your team, ensure professional and timely financial accounting. As the deputy of the Head of Finance, you take on professional responsibility and support the financial management of the company with meaningful analyses and reporting. At the same time, you contribute your know-how to the continuous optimization and digitalization of the financial processes. What you bring with you You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and accounting – federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent qualification. Experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a manufacturing SME, is required. You independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and possess sound knowledge in accounting, VAT, taxes, and auditing. You are proficient in German and have good communication skills in English.
