You are responsible for the financial management of the Business Unit "Solutions sectorielles" and its subsidiaries in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland; you design strategic financial planning and handle reporting. You advise management on strategic and financial issues and lay the foundations for important entrepreneurial decisions. At the junction between Finance and Business, you analyze and evaluate strategic projects from a financial perspective, provide recommendations for action, and accompany their implementation. You support cash management, contribute to financing security, and ensure the transparency of the financial development of the subsidiaries. You actively participate in the design of steering instruments and financial processes and leverage your experience in projects and working groups. What you bring. You have experience in a financial advisory function (e.g., financial business partnering, accounting expertise, financial consulting) and hold a higher education degree in business administration. You quickly identify complex financial situations, demonstrate foresight, and seek simple and pragmatic solutions. You are used to working within group structures as well as SMEs and communicate in an appropriate manner to your interlocutor at all hierarchical levels. You have perfect command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ideally have solid experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
