Purchasing Clerk (m/f)

Activity: You are responsible for the smooth order processing of your assigned product group. You maintain contact with our suppliers, trigger orders, and monitor their delivery dates. You also ensure optimal inventory management, taking into account inventory turnover targets. You process and control supplier, customs, and VAT invoices, obtain quotes from suppliers, and are responsible for master data maintenance in the SAP MM module. Requirement: With your basic commercial training as well as good MS Office and SAP knowledge, you are well-positioned for this wide-ranging task. You have gained relevant professional experience in the last five years, ideally in operational procurement. In addition to German, you also speak very good English and appreciate daily contact with employees and suppliers. Your professional colleagues know you as an entrepreneurially thinking, communicative, and team-oriented person who can assert themselves, negotiates skillfully, and works independently.
