Our offer is based on a medical delegation model: Experienced nursing professionals take over examination and treatment independently, while doctors are brought in for support if necessary. This allows many simple medical complaints to be treated directly and appropriately while simultaneously relieving general practitioner practices and emergency structures. At aprioris, there is no shift work, no Sunday work, and all employees have time off on all public holidays according to the place of work. For our location in Bern, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement: Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit NDS / Klinische/-r Fachspezialist/-in (50 - 100%) In our aprioris Soforthilfe-Praxis Bern, you will care for patients with simple medical questions. On the basis of validated processes, you will take over anamnesis, examination, treatment, and consultation within a clearly defined range of services. You work independently and, whenever possible, together with a team colleague in delegation of a specialist doctor team, which is available to you at any time in an advisory and supportive capacity in the background. What do you bring with you? Education: Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH ideally with NDS, training as Klinische:r Fachspezialist:in. Experience: At least five years of professional experience. Ideally experience in the area of emergency, Permanence, or an acute station. Personality: Flexibility and resilience in hectic and unpredictable situations, high service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork skills as well as independent, organized, and goal-oriented working, mobility within a defined local and temporal framework between the locations.
