Pro Natura is the leading organization for nature conservation in Switzerland with 170,000 members. It is committed to the promotion and preservation of native fauna and flora. Around 100 people work in the Pro Natura office, and another 100 are active in the 23 Pro Natura sections. For the Pro Natura office in Basel, we are looking for, as of 1 November or by arrangement, a Project Manager Web Editorial and Online Communication 80 % What main tasks await you? • Further development of websites: Together with the team, you are responsible for the content and technical further development of pronatura.ch as well as other web presences of the office. You are familiar with analyzing key figures and digital developments and derive measures from them. • Web editorial: You organize and edit content for our websites and implement Pro Natura's content strategy in a manner appropriate to the target group. • Project management: You plan, steer, and accompany web and online communication projects from conception to implementation, working closely with external service providers. • Consulting and coordination: You advise project managers, sections, and centers on web projects, web content, and the further development of their web presences. In addition, you support the organization with questions regarding usability and GEO-optimization. What do you bring with you? • Web and CMS competence: You have experience in the maintenance and further development of websites as well as CMS systems (ideally Drupal). Experience in image editing is an advantage. • Communication competence: You have a stylish oral and written expression in German as well as good French skills (or vice versa). You communicate in a manner appropriate to the target group and bring editorial experience. • Project management: You bring experience in managing digital projects and work confidently with external service providers. You maintain an overview even with complex projects and ensure goal-oriented implementation. • Analytical and conceptual thinking: You follow developments in the field of websites and online communication with interest, recognize opportunities and risks, and derive sound recommendations for the further development of our web presences. • Consulting and social competence: You enjoy working with different stakeholders, provide competent advice, and convince through your communication strength, your assertiveness, and your high social competence. • Personality: You are interested in nature conservation topics, bring humor, and the willingness for self-reflection.
