Service Personality for Swiss Restaurant Wanted (Early Shift & Lunch Service)

Working hours Monday to Friday, approx. 07:00 Uhr to 14:00 Uhr (no room service, so free afternoons and evenings. Our restaurant is a popular, lively meeting point in Cham. Especially during «Znünizeit» and «Zmittag», our many regular customers and workers from the region appreciate the cordial atmosphere, fine food, and very fast, uncomplicated service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a self-employed, communicative, and agile personality for the early shift, immediately or by agreement. Your tasks • Cordial and competent care of our loyal regular customers and working clientele during peak hours (Znüni and lunch business). • Independent management of your own station, including invoicing. • Active help and support in the kitchen: preparing fresh Znüni sandwiches in the morning, serving soups, etc. • Provision and maintenance of the office and service area for a smooth process What you bring • Experience in service: Completed training in service (Refa/Hofachleute) is a great advantage. Alternatively, you bring well-founded, multi-year experience in a similar lively establishment. • Way of working: You are extremely agile, keep an overview even in hectic moments, and work absolutely independently. • Personality: You are naturally communicative, have a winning appearance, and enjoy daily contact with craftsmen, tradespeople, and regular customers. • Language skills: Very good German skills (understanding of Swiss German is absolutely necessary).
