Household Assistant & Everyday Companion (approx. 40-50%)

Work location: 4495 Zeglingen
Start: Immediately or by arrangement
Workload: approx. 40-50% (approx. 17 - 20 hours/week)

About the position:
We are looking for a reliable, warm, and experienced personality for a private household in Zeglingen to assist our 87-year-old father in his everyday life and support him in the household.

Fixed & Flexible working hours:
•Fixed times (Mon – Fri):
•At midday: 10.45 – 12:15
•In the evening: 17:00 – 18:00
•Flexible times: The remaining approx. 5 - 7 hours per week can be scheduled freely and as needed, e.g., for household tasks, shopping, or walks.

Your tasks:
•Household & Laundry: General cleaning, laundry care, and maintaining order in the house.
•Meals & Shopping: Preparation of meals (midday & evening) as well as shopping by arrangement.
•Everyday Companion: Supporting our father in everyday life (e.g., walks together, memory games, help with dressing and undressing if needed
(Note: No basic or personal hygiene care is required).
•Companionship: A friendly word and an attentive presence in everyday life.

What you bring with you:
•Experience: Several years of experience in the household as well as experience in elderly care is mandatory.
•Languages: Very good German skills (oral and written).
•Love of animals: A small, friendly dog lives in the household.
•Mobility: A driver's license is an advantage (parking space is available on-site).
•Personality: Reliable, empathetic, independent, and discreet.
