MAIN TASKS ##

• Handle telephone calls; act as an interface for the entire department
• Welcome patients upon their arrival on the floor, present the department, the interlocutors, as well as the nursing care
• Welcome doctors and visitors and respond to their requests
• Perform technical procedures (patient admission, laboratory, etc.)
• Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the department's medico-technical devices
• Manage changes in the PEP (schedule planning program)
• Handle administrative work for the department and the ICUS
• Manage department orders (stationery and pharmacy) and participate in inventories
• Participate in maintaining a clean work environment
• Support nurses and community health assistants

YOUR PROFILE ##

• CFC as a medical assistant with proven experience in a similar position
• Experience in patient-proximal care is an asset
• Excellent command of MS Office IT tools
• Customer orientation, sense of service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Enjoying teamwork and possessing a strong sense of responsibility
• Autonomous, capable of multitasking and good stress management in a dynamic environment
