To complete its team, the Accounting department located in Vevey, is looking for a :

Accountant - Management Controller M/F at 60%-100%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Periodically prepare financial data for budget managers and the Finance Department (closings, extrapolation and budget)
• Consolidate data from budget managers, analyze variances and support them in monitoring their budget
• Analyze and control financial and analytical accounting
• Maintain and develop financial data consolidation tools
• Perform specific analyses related to accounting upon request
• Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving tools and the quality of financial data
• Ensure the transition from control by nature of accounts to control by department
• Actively participate in quarterly and annual closings
• Support management accountants and the head of department in their activities and the implementation of new processes
• Support the medico-economic team in the development of analytical accounting and statistics, as well as on profitability analyses and cost per case

We require ###

• A federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or a degree deemed equivalent
• A very good mastery of Excel and, ideally, knowledge of Tableau (BI)
• Successful professional experience of at least 3 years in the accounting field
• A positive and proactive personality
• An ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Good interpersonal skills and an analytical mind
• Knowledge of the hospital field and Opale software, a serious asset
