For our regional legal service in Bern, we are looking for a lawyer or an attorney starting from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, who enjoys actively representing the interests of our insured. Your challenges • You independently process legal cases of private and corporate customers in the legal areas insured with us, namely in road traffic law, tenancy and employment contract law, travel contract and consumer law, as well as in liability, insurance, and social insurance law • You conduct oral as well as written negotiations with parties, authorities, insurers, and opposing lawyers • You advise and accompany our insured via telephone, in writing, and in person • In the legal cases you process, you also take on insurance-related tasks (e.g., checking insurance coverage) • You provide initial information by telephone via our interactive platform Lex4you What you bring • A Swiss university degree in law (attorney admission/patent an advantage) and ideally bring professional experience (preferably in employment, tenancy, and/or social insurance law) • An eye for the essential.
