We are looking for a person for our team and our site in French-speaking Switzerland as:

Sales Manager French-speaking Switzerland (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Global management of the Western Switzerland region
• Direction of the French-speaking team (2-3 people)
• Project prospecting and acquisition of new clients.
• Introduction of new products to the market with clients.
• Carrying out presentations and company visits.
• Conducting product training with vocational schools and associations.
• Development and extension of the partner network.
• Planning, organization and realization of client events.
• Research and analysis of market information.
• Advising, monitoring and development of the existing client portfolio.
• Responsibility for the regional budget.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Proven experience in sales in the construction, architecture or finishing trades sector.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage teams.
• Professional with a convincing personality, a confident presentation and a great sense of negotiation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility.
• High availability and flexibility for regular travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
• French native speaker, you are fluent in German
• charismatic, flexible and open personality
