SEPF63 Service des poursuites et faillites (SEPF) Head of the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Service SEPF63 Service des poursuites et faillites (SEPF) The Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Service ensures the application of federal legislation regarding debt collection and bankruptcy. It coordinates the activities of the debt collection and bankruptcy offices, conducts procedures relevant to each of these areas, and ensures the implementation of the forced execution measures provided for by legislation. Through its action, the service guarantees a uniform application of the law, contributes to the security of economic relations, and delivers efficient services to the population, businesses, and authorities. Your missions At the head of the service, you define the strategic directions and federate a multidisciplinary team of 70 people. The management of human, financial, and organizational resources is your responsibility, as well as the guarantee of an efficient application of the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (LP). You support the offices in their activities, advise authorities and institutional partners, and represent the voice of the service on matters relevant to your expertise. In an evolving field, you lead the modernization projects necessary for the development of services. You will notably be required to implement the new procedure for the cancellation of remaining debts and to accompany the transformations of the service, in compliance with the principles of legality, efficiency, and quality of public services. Your profile Holder of a university master's degree or an equivalent deemed training, you benefit from at least five years of experience in a position of responsibility and have a marked interest in the field of LP. Equipped with solid managerial skills, you combine strategic vision, organizational sense, and decision-making capacity. A unifying personality, you know how to federate teams around common objectives, accompany change, and establish a climate of trust. You master project management and your good understanding of the issues specific to public institutions allows you to interact easily with authorities and institutional partners. Your integrity, your sense of public service, and your excellent analytical capacity allow you to approach complex situations with pragmatism.
