We offer an equitable salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 63’000 and CHF 73’000 per year (100% employment rate). Promising applications are welcome even if skills differ from the position; in this case, the salary may be slightly lower or higher than the range.

Training and development

• Become part of the committed team in St. Imier and put your sense of service and human contact to the benefit of our customers at the counter and on the sales floor. Autonomous and flexible, you enjoy customer contact and are ready to intervene in different branches according to needs.
• You sell all postal and non-postal brand items, such as regional products or the various offers in the telecommunications sector.
• You also actively advise our customers regarding services in different sectors, such as health insurance funds, insurance, and banks.
• Within your team, you have the possibility to assume responsibilities within the framework of different roles and, thus, pursue your personal development.
• If you have never worked in a la Poste branch before, we take care of preparing you! During our four-month "on the job" training, you prepare optimally for your new role as a customer advisor. During this period, your employment rate is 80% and, once you have obtained your diploma, you work part-time as you wish.
