Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Taking over all infrastructural tasks in Facility Management • General caretaker work (e.g., changing light bulbs, garden and surroundings work, winter service) • Carrying out unplanned repairs to building technology systems • Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and house technology • Coordination of planned maintenance with internal and external contact persons • Accompanying and controlling third-party companies and craftsmen in the building • Planning and implementation of smaller renovations and adjustments • Participation in on-call service and support in emergencies YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed training as a specialist in facility maintenance, sanitary installer, or comparable manual training • Professional experience in Facility Management or in building technology is an advantage • Technical understanding of building and house technology (sanitary, heating, electrical) • Readiness for on-call service and occasional assignments outside of regular working hours • Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working • Driver's license category B YOUR BENEFITS • Financial contribution for public transport and various leisure activities • In-house gym and regular company events • Discounted catering options in the staff restaurant Melissa Weibel HR Business Partner \+41 79 216 91 09
