Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make • Service Asset and Configuration Manager for BIT-DP • Data maintenance of the CMDB and lifecycle of assets (SACM) • Develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules • Automate deployments and configuration management in a DevOps environment • Monitoring, error analysis and performance optimization of the ServiceNow platform <br /> What makes you unique • Several years of experience with ServiceNow; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is an advantage • Experience with ServiceNow Development, especially in Script Includes, Discovery, Client Scripts and UI Policies • Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM systems • Good programming skills in JavaScript, REST APIs and web technologies • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a nutshell We develop and operate the ServiceNow platform for the Swiss Army as well as for the BIT. It serves as an independent and crisis-resistant ICT infrastructure. You help shape the state-of-the-art technology and bring in innovative ideas. As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the provision, development and operation of ServiceNow instances in a complex development, test and production environment. Additionally, you receive the role as SACM and are responsible for the process for BIT-DP.
