What you bring with you

• Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• In dealing with apprentices or young adults, you bring experience, patience and joy in the development of diverse people
• With the vocational trainer course or a comparable further education, you possess the necessary pedagogical tools
• You enjoy passing on your knowledge and create a learning environment in which apprentices can develop and take on responsibility
• Winning new orders and designing varied, practical application possibilities for apprentices motivates you

What you can achieve

• You accompany KV apprentices (EBA/EFZ) in everyday work, promote their professional and personal development and support them with individual coaching on their way to a successful professional qualification
• With regular assessments, progress reviews and target agreements, you make progress visible and ensure high-quality training according to BiVo 2023 / BiVo 2025
• You introduce apprentices to administrative tasks in a practical manner and guide them specifically through exams, applications and other important steps of their professional development
• You organize trial weeks, internships and rotations independently and work closely with internal and external specialists in the process
• You actively acquire new internal and external orders, integrate these into everyday training and enable apprentices, including those with mental, physical or intellectual impairments, to take on the resulting tasks independently and competently and to prepare successfully for the 1st labor market
