In order to pursue the development of its industrial activities and to strengthen its operational performance, we are looking for, as part of an exclusive mandate entrusted to swisselect ag, an entrepreneurial personality, passionate about technology and production, to occupy the position of Operations Manager (M/F).

Your mission: pilot, unite and advance ###

In this function which is both strategic and operational, you assume global responsibility for the industrial activities of Bien-Air Dental. You pilot production at the Bienne site, including manufacturing and assembly, as well as assembly and repair activities in Portugal. You also direct the Supply Chain, Industrialization and Operational Quality functions.

Your mission consists of guaranteeing high-performance, reliable and competitive production, while respecting quality, cost and deadline requirements. You optimize industrial processes, develop production capacities and lead continuous improvement projects with your teams.

A true field leader, you like to understand manufacturing processes, analyze technical problems and develop concrete solutions. You unite your teams around ambitious objectives and encourage a culture of responsibility, collaboration and performance. As a member of the extended management committee, you actively contribute to the strategic directions of the company and their industrial implementation.

Your profile: an industrial and entrepreneurial personality ###

• You have an initial technical training, ideally in mechanics, micromechanics or automation
• Your profile is completed by higher engineering training ETS/HES or equivalent
• You have at least ten years of experience in a demanding industrial environment, such as precision mechanics, medical technologies or aeronautics
• You possess solid experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, production management and continuous improvement projects
• You master industrial challenges and know how to combine technical excellence, economic efficiency and human development
• You communicate easily in French and English and are willing to travel
