You are responsible for the safe, stable, and future-oriented operation of the Microsoft 365 Workplace platform. You manage and develop both collaboration services as well as identity and security solutions. You ensure that collaboration, authentication, access management, and security policies are implemented effectively, user-friendly, and compliantly.

Here is what your work consists of: ##

• Operation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration services
• Creation and maintenance of governance, compliance, and security concepts for collaboration within Microsoft 365
• Support during deployments, migrations, and transformation projects
• Continuous operation and development of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance
• Management and monitoring of security bases, policies, as well as compliance settings
• Analysis of security alerts as well as definition and implementation of appropriate security measures

What you must bring: ##

• Completed IT training at HF/FH level or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance
• Experience with Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview is an advantage
• Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as a high sense of security and responsibility
• Confident communication in German and English as well as the ability to advise customers and specialized departments in French
