Your tasks

• Execution of plan approval and assessment procedures for industrial and commercial enterprises
• Planning and implementation of occupational safety and ASA system controls
• Advising companies, issuing permits, and monitoring working time and rest period regulations
• Assessment of industrial and commercial noise, carrying out measurements, ordering measures
• Processing of noise complaints and collaboration on noise registers and measure plans
• Representation of the office in regional and national specialist committees
• Active cooperation with internal and external office bodies

Your profile

• Completed technical/manual vocational training as well as higher vocational education (federal professional certificate or federal diploma HF/FH)
• ASGS Specialist / ASGS Expert or the willingness to undergo training
• Ideally CAS Akustik-Grundlagen
• Professional experience in the economy and good technical understanding
• Interest in legal issues
• Confident, trustworthy appearance, communicative strength, high social competence, resilience as well as assertiveness
• Solution-oriented, decisive, and a team player
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in handling IT applications, such as MS Office, databases, etc.
• Connection to the Canton of Thurgau and willingness to perform field service work with your own vehicle (approx. 30-40%)
