The personnel service takes care of approximately 4'000 administrative employees as well as municipal and cantonal teachers and is responsible for strategic and operational work in human resources.

As part of a succession and to complete our team, we are looking from 1 November 2026 or by agreement for a flexible, experienced and open HR person, passionate about the school and administrative environment as well as HR themes. The position is for a fixed term until the end of December 2027, with an option of extension.

Your tasks ##

• Advising and accompanying the entire HR life cycle for your area of responsibility (in primary school as well as in the administrative environment)
• Contact person and thinking partner for managers and employees on various HR topics, such as recruitment, HR consulting, personnel planning
• Accompanying and supporting change processes, the development of personnel, teams and the organization
• Designing and developing effective and future-oriented HR solutions
• Collaboration within the HR team as well as with internal and external specialist services

Your profile ##

• Federal certificate of HR specialist or studies with HR specialization, continuing education in personnel management an asset
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function (HR Business Partner, sector HR manager), ideally in large organizations
• Interest in conceptual work and the development of solutions as well as perfect mastery of German orally and in writing
• Joy of human contact, appreciative attitude and focus on a positive and respectful collaboration
• Team spirit with a good dose of humor as well as pragmatic and connected thinking
