YOUR TASKS
You lead the nursing night watch team of the Bärau location personally and professionally and positively influence the team atmosphere
You accompany, promote, and develop employees of the training levels SRK, FaGe EFZ, and dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
You conduct employee discussions, manage recruitments for permanent night watchers, and are responsible for deployment and vacation planning
You ensure the professional care of our residents and ensure a professional flow of information between the night and day organizations
You, together with your employees, ensure a high quality of care, safety, and a professional night service
As a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, you additionally take on the function of the main night watcher with professional responsibility
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or comparable qualification
Further training in leadership
Ideally initial leadership experience
Several years of experience in long-term care, preferably in the night service
Strong social competence as well as an appreciative, clear, and reliable leadership style
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as good IT user skills (experience in Inter-RAI is an advantage)
