You are responsible for the planning, design, documentation, and evaluation of the entire learning process of the apprentices/students and participate as an expert in the educational completions. You conduct educational zones with the apprentices/students and empower them for daily professional nursing life. You offer advice and support to qualified nursing specialists on training issues and introduce new employees to the daily accompaniment of apprentices/students. In your function, you work closely with the vocational training specialist department. In the department, you are jointly responsible for the organization and further development of the department together with the ward manager and the specialist experts. Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you can demonstrate pedagogical further training or are willing to complete it, then you are exactly right for us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a daily accompaniment person. Demonstrated high professional competence in nursing, teamwork skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills are required.
