Your tasks * Reception and care of visitors as well as operating the multilingual telephone switchboard * Management of email inquiries, badges, parking spaces, pool vehicles and reception information * Care of the technical systems at the reception, in particular the telephone system, video surveillance as well as garage and access systems * Coordination of technical malfunctions with the responsible internal and external bodies * Support in internal sales, at events and in the maintenance of the showroom. Your profile * Commercial basic training or comparable training * Very good German and French skills, good English skills, Italian is an advantage * Strong IT affinity, technical understanding and confident handling of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems * Friendly, professional appearance and high customer orientation * Independence, reliability, discretion and team spirit.
