Quality Facilitator (M/F)

Your mission:

• Ensure compliance with quality criteria across the entire sector
• Guarantee the application of the control methodology and the homogeneity of the reference framework
• Act as the link between the sector and the quality technician by reporting information in the event of an incident or non-conforming products
• Ensure respect for control methods and tools through the performance of workstation and part audits
• Participate in the validation of the aesthetic criteria of the produced parts
• Analyze, interpret and update quality indicators
• Perform weekly assessments and ensure a transverse role in facilitating quality meetings
• Ensure the maintenance of the required level for each controller by providing the necessary training and support
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality

Your profile:

• Proven experience in the field of quality
• Skills in the training and support of employees
• Minimum of 2 years of professional practice in the mechanical or micromechanical sector, knowledge of watchmaking is an asset
• Know-how in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
• Good visual acuity and knowledge of reading plans
• Solid mastery of IT tools and ease in data compilation
• Good communication skills, ease in facilitation and decision-making faculty
