Tasks Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration Services Operation, administration and further development of Microsoft Teams and Exchange services Support, maintenance and further development of the Windows Server infrastructure in the on-premises and hybrid environment Ensuring the availability, stability and security of the Microsoft platforms Analysis and resolution of disturbances within the framework of incident management Planning and implementation of changes as well as collaboration in problem management Support of the specialist departments in the Microsoft 365 environment as well as client and server infrastructure Ensuring stable operation including participation in the on-call service (Pikett) Azure Cloud Platform Engineering Collaboration in the construction, operation and further development of the Azure Cloud platform in the Cloud Platform team Development and operation of cloud architectures with a focus on security, identity and network Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance requirements (e.g. Defender for Cloud, Identity, Zero Trust, RBAC) Platform engineering and automation of deployments with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting Close cooperation and support of the teams during onboarding

Requirements What you bring professionally Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or comparable) Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Teams Knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as hybrid Microsoft infrastructures Experience in the operation and administration of Windows Server platforms Good knowledge of Azure or great interest in developing further in this area Experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) is an advantage Experience in IT Service Management (incident, change and problem management) Knowledge in the areas of identity management, security and Microsoft Entra ID is an advantage What characterizes you personally Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Joy in sharing knowledge and empowering stakeholders (enablement mindset) Strong communication skills in exchange with specialist departments and technical teams High level of initiative, willingness to learn and perseverance Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
