The Engineering & Projects department makes a decisive contribution to this: it bears responsibility for the strategic further development of the site as well as for all investments in buildings and facilities (CAPEX). This includes complex construction projects as well as the realization of infrastructure and modern process plants in the areas of production and research. In all our activities, we place particular emphasis on sustainability, safety (SHE), quality and economic efficiency.The Opportunity:As Project Manager CAPEX, you are responsible for:Project Execution: You bear responsibility for ensuring that planning and execution of all goals (scope, costs, schedule, quality, SHE, sustainability) are met. In doing so, you ensure compliance with internal project methods, company guidelines and local building regulations.Team & Supplier Management: Building, onboarding and leading internal, cross-functional teams as well as managing external partners (planners, contractors). This includes active participation in procurement, tenders and contract negotiations.Project Control & Financial Completion: Implementation and compliance with project control (progress, risk and change management) as well as monthly reporting. You report regularly to the Steering Committee and drive the commercial project completion forwardStakeholder Alignment & Handover: Ensuring continuous coordination with the end users from the business throughout the entire project lifecycle to guarantee a successful commissioning (FAT/SAT etc.) and a smooth, fully documented handover to operations.Who You Are:Bachelor's or Master's/University degree in the field of engineering, civil engineering or a related field.At least 5-10 years of professional experience as a project manager in leading investment projects (CAPEX).Practical experience with Diagnostics (DIA) projects is strongly preferred.Fluent German skills in speaking and writing are required.Leadership Competence: Proven ability to build, motivate and lead teams within a matrix organization.Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all project levels, combined with a deep understanding of customer and business needs.Project Planning: Strong expertise in project management and planning to consistently and successfully implement complex initiatives.Analytical Skills & Risk Management: Very good analytical skills to identify risks early and solve complex challenges.Become part of our 'Engineering & Projects' team in Rotkreuz, apply now !
