• Ensure complete automatic turning on Citizen SR 12/20 - R04/07 - L12/M16 machines, autonomously, with a high level of precision and reliability.
• Guarantee the quality of the produced parts, the stability of the settings, and compliance with internal standards.
• Complete setup of Citizen machines.
• Settings, optimization of parameters, and production monitoring.
• Dimensional and visual control according to quality standards.
• First-level maintenance and tool management.
• Analysis of defects, corrections, and continuous improvement.
• Strict respect for safety instructions and internal procedures.
• Collaboration with the workshop manager for planning.

What we are looking for :

• Experienced décolleteur with experience on automatic turning machines (Citizen SR 12/20 - R04/07 - L12/M16).
• Confirmed experience of 2 to 5 years in autonomous automatic turning.
• Mastery of setups, settings, diagnostics, and corrections.
• Knowledge of measuring tools: calipers, micrometer, profile projector.
• Rigor, precision, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Reliability, team spirit, and respect for processes.
• Resident in Nord vaudois or near the border (required criterion).
• Good level of French.
