To reinforce our IT team at the headquarters in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for an engaged personality as

ICT Application Manager (m/f/d) 100%

These are your main tasks:

• Ensuring the monitoring of ongoing application operations

(availability, performance, recovery, security)

• Advising, supporting, and training users in application handling
• Analyzing and fixing malfunctions and errors within the applications
• Monitoring and coordinating support tickets with external suppliers
• Creating specific evaluations and statistics, as well as investigations
• Providing data for user training/coordination with education
• Assisting in the general IT operations and support of the IT department

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in informatics, preferably in the field of

system technology / training as a Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF/FH or dipl. Techniker HF Informatik

• Experience in Applications Operations and Service Operation
• Know-how in the field of Applications and Service Engineering, ergonomics,

information security and quality management

• Communicative and team-oriented personality with a strong understanding of processes
• Very good German, good French and English skills, Italian skills desirable
